Stock Hill Country House Hotel
Booking Terms and Conditions
We respectfully remind guests that
a reservation with the hotel or restaurant constitutes a legally binding
contract between themselves and Stock Hill Country House Hotel and
Restaurant.
All reservations at Stock Hill, whether
written, faxed, telephoned or on-line, must be guaranteed with a credit or
debit card (We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards, personal cheques
with Bank guarantee card). In order to secure your booking a deposit of
25% of the basic price will be charged. This will be deducted in full from
your final account.
Any restaurant or room cancellation will be
accepted free of charge as long as it is made at least seven days prior to
your date of arrival, We shall, of course, make every endeavour to re-let
the accommodation or table on your behalf, but failure to do so will result
in the loss of the deposit.
However, we regret that
any cancellation or curtailment of your stay made within seven days of your
intended arrival date will render the deposit non-refundable and, in
addition, the full cost of the room being applied unless we are able to
re-let. We will, of course, inform you if this has been the case. Special
events including Christmas and New Year celebrations are subject to
individual terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of
booking. This policy is for the overall benefit of all our guests.
May we suggest that you take out appropriate
trip or holiday insurance to cover any cost of cancellations due to
circumstances beyond your control.
Our Hotel rates are fully inclusive of
accommodation, full English breakfast
and Dinner in the restaurant, but the rates exclude service charges, which are at the full discretion of
our guests.
A 10% service charge will be added to the account of parties of
10 or more persons. All our rates are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate
of 15%.
Check in time is from midday, though rooms
may not be available for immediate occupation until
2:00pm. Check out time is by
11.00am.
Full payment is required at the time of
departure and the deposit taken will then be deducted from your final
account.
