Booking Terms and Conditions

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation with the hotel or restaurant constitutes a legally binding contract between themselves and Stock Hill Country House Hotel and Restaurant.

All reservations at Stock Hill, whether written, faxed, telephoned or on-line, must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card (We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards, personal cheques with Bank guarantee card). In order to secure your booking a deposit is required. This will be deducted in full from your final account.

Book early without risk

Take out travel insurance covering cancellation and premature departure when you make a reservation.

Cancellations.

Up to 3 months prior to arrival no cancellation fees

Up to 1 month   prior to arrival 40% of the total agreed price

Up to 1 week     prior to arrival 70% of the total agreed price

Less than 1 week prior to arrival 90% of the total agreed price

However, we regret that any curtailment of your stay will render the deposit non-refundable and, in addition, the full cost of the room being applied unless we are able to fully re-let. We will of course inform you if this has been the case. Special events including Christmas and New Year celebrations are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of booking. This policy is for the overall benefit of all our guests.

Our Hotel rates are fully inclusive of accommodation, full English breakfast, dinner, but exclude service charges, which are at the full discretion of our guests. A 10% service charge will be added to the account of parties of 8 or more persons. All our rates are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

Check in time is from midday, though rooms may not be available for immediate occupation until 2:30pm. Check out time is by 11.00am.

Full payment is required at the time of departure when the deposit taken will deducted from your final account.

Due to the uncertainty in Banking and the money markets, all rates and programmes subject to change without notice.

Rates are per night, and include dinner in our restaurant, accommodation, English or continental breakfast and VAT, and are based on two people sharing, single occupancy rate available on request. A Minimum stay period may apply certain times of the year.
