Peter Hauser grows his own herbs and
much of the fresh produce used in the kitchen in a traditional walled kitchen garden, ensuring that Stock Hill never
runs short of fresh, organic, seasonal vegetables. The flowers on the tables are
freshly picked daily to brighten the day. Guests are always very welcome to
wander around the garden (go out of the front door and keep turning right until
you see the gate at the back) and guess which will be next on the menu, which is always
influenced by what is growing in the garden. Click through the
